OK Say i Want to Pick up Antonio Bryant hes a 83 OVR so i must drop someone that is within 4 ovr of him up or down, so i fi got him I would need to make sure that i dropped a 79-87, this is so that FA gets refreshed and there is no limit on what u can sign "FA Opens once league starts
